香煎豬排+清爽和風蘋果醬/豚の香草焼き+さっぱり和風アップルソース
[ 2人份 ]
里脊豬肉片 Pork loin—4片
迷迭香 Rosemary—1~2支
鹽巴&黑胡椒 Salt & Black pepper—適量
高筋麵粉 Bread flour—適量
橄欖油 Olive oil—適量

紅甜椒 Red bell pepper—1個
雪白菇 White shimeji—1包
豌豆 Snap peas—6~8片

[和風蘋果醬 ]
蘋果 Apple—2個
醬油 Soy sauce—1小匙
清酒 Sake—3大匙
橄欖油 Olive oil—適量
檸檬汁 Lemon juice—1/2小匙
鹽巴&黑胡椒 Salt & Black pepper—適量

[ 做法 ]1. 把豬肉片的筋切斷,撒鹽巴,黑胡椒,迷迭香。
2. 肉片表面均等沾高筋麵粉。
3. 平底鍋內倒入一點油,開中火。放入沾粉好的豬肉,
4. 煎到金黃色後翻面,蓋起來小火繼續加熱(1~2分鐘)
5. 煎好的肉拿出來保溫。
6. 平底鍋內倒入一點油,開中火。放入切好的蔬菜。
7. 表面撒一點鹽巴&黑胡椒。煎到金黃色後熄火保溫。
8. [準備和風蘋果醬]削皮過的蘋果切丁。
9. 1個半的蘋果磨成泥,剩下半個蘋果切丁。
10. 蘋果泥裡面加入檸檬汁,清酒,醬油。
11. 雪平鍋開中火倒入一點油。放入切丁的蘋果,炒到變一點顏色。
12. 倒入調味過的蘋果泥。加入一點鹽巴&黑胡椒調整味道後熄火。
13. 盤子上裝煎好的配菜&豬肉。上面淋和風蘋果醬就完成了~!
